Cancellation and Refund Policy of Unicorns Tour & Travels
At Unicorns Tour & Travels , we understand that travel plans may change and unexpected events can occur. Therefore, we offer our customers a transparent and hassle-free cancellation and refund policy for all the services we provide, including flight, hotel, tour, customized tour packages, car, cruise, and visa bookings. This policy is aimed to provide clarity and convenience to our customers and to ensure that they have a worry-free travel experience.

Flight Bookings:

If you cancel your flight booking, the refund amount will depend on the airline's cancellation policy. Some airlines may offer a full refund, while others may impose a cancellation fee. Unicorns Tour & Travels  will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the airline cancels your flight, we will inform you and assist you in getting a refund or an alternative flight.Flights showing non-refundable fare indicates that those fares are group Fares and are non-refundable, non cancellable and non reschedule flight fares means passanger has to travel on that Particular Date. In case the flight gets cancel from airline end then a Full Refund or an alternate flight as per Customer Choice and availibility in Flight Matters. 

Hotel Bookings: 

If you cancel your hotel booking, the refund amount will depend on the hotel's cancellation policy. Some hotels may offer a full refund, while others may impose a cancellation fee. Unicorns Tour & Travels will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you cancel your hotel booking within the free cancellation period, there will be no cancellation fee.

Tour and Customized Tour Packages:

If you cancel your tour or customized tour package, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the tour operator or the third-party vendor providing the service. Unicorns Tour & Travels  will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the tour operator or the third-party vendor cancels the tour or customized tour package, we will inform you and assist you in getting a refund or an alternative tour.

Car Bookings:

If you cancel your car booking, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the car rental company. Unicorns Tour & Travels  will charge a service fee for processing the cancellation request, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you cancel your car booking within the free cancellation period, there will be no cancellation fee.

Visa Services:

If your visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate, Unicorns Tour & Travels  will refund the visa processing fee. However, we will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred due to the rejection of the visa application. If you cancel your visa application, the refund amount will depend on the cancellation policy of the embassy or consulate.

General Terms and Conditions:

All cancellation requests must be made through Unicorns Tour & Travels  by email, phone or our website. The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is received and approved. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used to make the payment. Unicorns Tour & Travels  reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Unicorns Tour & Travels will be final and binding.
